Still rocking and rolling here in Socal. Just put a Riverside house on the market which I expect to sell shortly. I will have a house in Fontana listed before the of March. This will be an amazing deal tens of thousands below comps and 100% turn key.

Sold my last listing in 57 days for $7,000 more than the listing price. Nobody sells faster or for more money than Advanced Home Sales. Guess nobody told my buyers California is in a down market.
