Aaron specializes in advising private investors interested in buying, holding, selling, or exchanging multifamily properties throughout San Diego County. He is dedicated to understanding and achieving the unique goals and objectives of his clients. This principal minded approach, along with real-time local market data and a strong understanding of the capital markets ensures that the highest quality real estate investment services are provided. He delivers superior results by maximizing exposure through aggressive marketing strategies, the utilization of cutting edge technology, and a national platform. Prior to co-founding Cornerstone Investment Group, Aaron worked with a publicly traded commercial brokerage company. It’s his goal to establish long term relationships that are mutually beneficial to his clients, partners, and community.

Aaron is originally from the Midwest and is an Alumni of Michigan State University. He was President of one of the largest student organizations on campus and also volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Currently, he resides in Carlsbad where he enjoys spending time with his family, being active outdoors, traveling, and managing his own investments.
