Triten Real Estate Partners acquired 3 Corners West, a 283-unit apartment community in Houston’s Memorial/Spring Branch submarket. The acquisition completes Triten and Evergen Equity’s purchase of the three-property 3 Corners multifamily portfolio after the partnership acquired 3 Corners North and 3 Corners East in November 2025.
Together, the portfolio spans 997 units across more than 35 acres along Kempwood Drive, giving the firm full ownership of one of the area’s largest multifamily communities. With the full portfolio under its ownership, Triten will implement a value-add strategy. The three projects were built between 1972 and 1982.
Located at 10105 Kempwood Drive, the 3 Corners community features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 730 to 1,280 square feet. Amenities include multiple swimming pools, a fitness center, covered parking and landscaped courtyards.
JLL represented the seller in the transaction, while Triten represented itself. Evergen Equity was Triten’s capital partner on the portfolio acquisition.
