Related Pays $110M for Atlanta-Area Apartments
Related Company paid $110 million for a 468-unit garden-style apartment complex in the Roswell/Alpharetta area. The seller was Post Real Estate Group.
The Manchester at Mansell apartments were built in 1984 and offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Manchester at Mansell has rental units ranging from 857 to 1,540 square feet, starting at $1,330. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse and tennis court.
That Atlanta Business Chronicle reports the asset last exchanged hands in 2018 when the Post Investment Group bought it for $72.5 million.
Post Real Estate Group, an operating subsidiary of Post Investment Group, still owns a handful of multifamily properties in the area, comprising just over 2,600 residential units. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA, the company operates in more than 20 states and encompasses the following industries: real estate investments, real estate services, insurance, consumer goods, manufacturing, consumer services, and franchising.
