CBRE announced the sale of a 4.66-acre parcel at the northwest corner of County Highway MM and U.S. Highway 14 in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.

Louisville, Kentucky-based Trilogy Real Estate Fitchburg LLC purchased the property from Fairchild Development LLC for $2.23 million, marking the company’s third location in the Madison market and expanding its footprint beyond its existing Waunakee and Sun Prairie locations. CBRE’s Gretchen Richards, Matson Holbrook and Sean Beuche represented the buyer in the transaction. Acres Realty’s Kevin Visel represented the seller.

“This acquisition provides Trilogy Health Services with a prime long-term location and will greatly benefit Fitchburg’s rapidly growing community,” said Richards. The purchase is part of the larger planned Syncopation development, a mixed-use neighborhood in Fitchburg featuring multifamily apartments, 12,000 square feet of commercial space, a variety of residential housing options and the Trilogy Senior Living Campus.

Located minutes south of Madison, the property provides convenient access to several parks, retail venues and major transportation corridors.
