Core Spaces Delivers 6K Student Housing Beds Across Six Properties
Core Spaces announced the delivery of approximately 6,000 new student housing beds across six purpose-built student housing communities, completed ahead of schedule for the 2026 academic year.
The new developments further expand Core’s growing national portfolio across university markets. “Six projects at this scale are a big moment for Core, but we’re just getting started,” said Marc Lifshin, co-founder and CEO of Core Spaces. “We’re going all-in on the markets we believe in and continuing to push what student living can and should be: better design, better technology and, most importantly, a better experience.”
Projects include Hub Tempe near Arizona State University, ōLiv Columbia near the University of South Carolina, and Hub College Station near Texas A&M. Most recently, Core closed on a $300 million, four-property portfolio for the Core University Living Real Estate Investment Trust, furthering its disciplined approach to growth and capital deployment across Tier 1 markets.
