Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 15 Euston Rd., a 24-unit multifamily property in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood. The asset sold for $8,875,000.

“Brighton is one of the lowest transactional submarkets in the country for apartment buildings, so it was no surprise that a record number of groups toured this asset,” said Evan Griffith, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office.

Tony Pepdjonovic, senior managing director, added, “The pride of ownership really shines through in this property, and now more than ever, long-term ownership is rewarded by strong operational history and quality product.”

Pepdjonovic and Griffith marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private family. They also procured the buyer, a partnership.

15 Euston Rd. is located in Brighton, 0.1 miles from Sutherland Road Station. The 19,200-square-foot property sits on a 0.22-acre lot with off-street parking. It was built in 1962 and has four stories.
