Shelby G. Smith III, RPA, CPM, possesses over thirty-five years of commercial property management real estate experience in South Florida. As a property manager, he has represented individual, institutional, receivership, and partnership type owners in management and leasing.

He has completed all of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) courses and was awarded a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. He has completed the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) courses to qualify for a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Professionally, Mr. Smith is a member of both, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). As an Active BOMA member serving on the Government Affairs Committee, Mr. Smith has helped fend off some of the impacts, such as the Americans Disabilities Act (ADA), Telecommunications and Electric Deregulation, affecting property owners in Broward County.

He holds himself to a higher standard in ethics and professionalism. When given a task he will promise to meet a set goal, but seek to perform beyond his clients expectations.
