Matt Clark works in Newmark’s Walnut Creek, California, office, where he serves as a Director, specializes in multi-family property and land sales. There, he focused as an analyst working on the redevelopment of projects on the west coast, as well as the firm’s disposition strategy. He assisted the team in the firm’s disposition of a $500MM fund, and the evaluation for potentially purchasing a competing public apartment REIT.

Most recently, Clark worked at Kidder Mathews, where he completed of multifamily investment sales, providing him the expertise to support his clients with a wide range of multi-family real estate transactions.

When not working, Clark can be found enjoying California’s mountains and lakes as an avid snowboarder, skier, mountain biker and fisherman.
