Brian Smuckler

Brian Smuckler is an Executive Vice President with the Phoenix Multifamily Investment Properties team at CBRE’s Phoenix Office. Specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in metro Phoenix since 1994, he spent 16 years as a director of the National Multifamily Group at Marcus & Millichap. In 2010, he joined CBRE as a senior vice president to co-lead Phoenix Multifamily Investment Properties. Brian’s comprehensive local market knowledge, nearly 30 years of experience and established track record make him an expert in the operation, disposition, and acquisition of multifamily properties in Metro Phoenix. And as an expert, he ensures every client achieves the highest value for their investments.

Brian co-leads the Multifamily Investment Properties team consisting of 4-senior agents. The team has completed more than 700 transactions, totaling more than $3.5 Billion in consideration as well as a 97% sold-to-list price ratio. In the last three years alone, the team has closed 164 transactions with over $1.8B in total consideration. In addition, they’ve ranked annually within the top 5 producing teams in the Phoenix office and in the top 10% nationally within CBRE.
