In 2025, he has been appointed the Membership Director the USA Dance National Organization.

As president of CBZ Reboot, a 501.c.3 that is dedicated to physical education/dance to underserved K-12 schools, virtually or in person. CBZ Reboot has taught dance and movement in the Los Angeles United School District, the Compton United School District and has just opened an office in Las Vegas Nevada.

He has been chair of the Myanmar Water Management Systems Project for the Rotary Club of Los Angeles, the project has provided clean potable water for the Villagers of Myanmar for the past 19 years. In 2025, Rotary of Los Angeles water projects have now expanded to Cambodia, Thailand and the Philippines so he will now chair the Southeast Asia Water Management Systems Project which has already produced water systems for Villages in Cambodia.

Herbert like to ballroom dance, produce YouTube videos for real estate and is an amateur music composer for modern 12-tone music.
