Trinity Property Consultants acquired the residential tower at 789 Hammond Drive in Sandy Springs for $53 million. Built in 1999 and previously known as The Eva, the tower comprises 300 residential units with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, along with a swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse.
