Tommy Bronson is Senior Managing Director of the Newmark Memphis Multifamily Office. Bronson has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, and investment of residential and commercial real estate for over thirteen years. In his role at Newmark, he is responsible for the brokerage of multifamily real estate across the Mid-South, including Memphis, TN; Little Rock, AR; Jackson, MS; and the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Since 2016, Bronson has closed more than 25,000 units totaling $1.2 billion in transaction volume. He is a licensed affiliate broker in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Alabama. Bronson has been recognized as one of the top 25 highest-producing commercial brokers in Memphis for the past 17 years and is a Life Member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors’ Pinnacle Producers Club.

Prior to joining Newmark, Bronson was a top-producing member of Crye-Leike Realtors team of sales associates, where he was recognized as a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors’ Multi-Million Dollar Club. He has also served as a successful Institutional Equity sales trader at Morgan Keegan. Mr. Bronson is a native Memphian, and attended Mississippi State University.
