More Information: The parcels will most likely be accessed by a new street at 254th Street from Goodview Ave to the East of the property. Sewer and Water will be picked up at Forest Boulevard Trail & Goodview Ave where there is capacity to serve the entire 23.2 acres under a PUD. The other access point will be from Goodview Ave at 252nd St., which currently serves what appears to be 2 lots as a private driveway. 252nd St has sufficient right of way, but the road is not up to specifications and will need to be improved. The assumption currently is this would be a cost borne by the developer or negotiated with the City of Wyoming. As shown on the brochure, there was at one time a plat design on the North parcel. As you can see, these are all 100 foot front lots. Under a PUD, these lots may or may not need to be 100 feet. The plat design, however, shows the most likely place for the road (254th St).
