The property is part of Oswego Community Unit School District 308, and is located just north of Hunt Club Elementary School, which is part of the neighboring Hunt Club East subdivision. The annexation of the subject property was previously approved by the Village of Oswego and is planned for R-2, Single Family Residence District, and R-4 General Residence District zoning. The property was preliminarily platted for 426 dwelling units (for a density of 2.19 dwelling units per acre), consisting of 263 single-family residential lots, and 163 townhome lots. The annexation and plat were approved by the Village in 2006 but not recorded.
