The Woodlands, a Howard Hughes community, opened 1 Riva Row, a 13-story 268-unit residential development that marks the debut of high-rise rental living in The Woodlands. 

Offering 49 floorplans, the property includes studios, expansive three-bedroom flats, ground-level two-story townhomes with private entries, and penthouse suites. A four-story amenity center features a pool with cabanas and outdoor kitchen, sky lounge terrace with Waterway views, Flexible co-working and social spaces, sports lounge with golf simulator and billiards, two-story fitness center and bike and kayak storage.

Howard Hughes Communities, owner and developer of 1 Riva Row, partnered with a project team including design architect Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) and general contractor Hoar Construction. The property is managed by Morgan Group.
