Skanska has opened pre-leasing for Kaye, a 31-story multi-family tower located on the 2200 Block of Fourth Ave in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood.
Kaye features 324 units, including 10 larger three-bedroom family or shared living units. Located between Blanchard and Bell Streets in the vibrant Belltown neighborhood, Kaye is ideally situated near major downtown employers, local restaurants, entertainment destinations, and Bell Street Park.
