Dezer Advancing Plan for 600 N. Miami Apartment Units
Dezer Development is seeking to build 600 residential units and retail spaces in Sunny Isles Beach. The S. Florida Business Journal reports the project. named Dezerland Park West, would have a 14-story building with 269 apartments and 4,526 square feet of retail, an eight-story building with 317 apartments, 14 townhouses, and an eight-story parking garage with 940 spaces. There would be 20,000 square feet of amenities in the apartment buildings, including a pool courtyard.
MSA Architects in Miami designed the project. Dezer still needs final approvals from the town.
There would be 150 studio apartments, 211 one-bedroom units, 166 two bedrooms, 59 three bedrooms, and 14 townhouses. The apartments would range from 500 to 1,523 square feet. The townhouses would measure 1,332 square feet each.
The developer would pay roughly $24.5 million in impact and permit fees to the city for the project.
Dezer Development is moving forward on the 62-story Bentley Residences Miami in Sunny Isles Beach after ecuring a $630 million construction loan.
