A large team of developers and creative contributors is joining forces on Ocean One, a Class A mixed‑use development in Boynton Beach.

Developed by Hyperion Group, Winter Properties, WREP, and Silverstein Properties, supported by equity funding from affiliates of Cantor Fitzgerald and Silverstein Properties, and construction financing from Madison Realty Capital, Ocean One will deliver 371 luxury rental residences and 25,500 square feet of retail. 

The project’s architectural design is led by Arquitectonica,.

Ocean One will offer amenities, including a pool deck, fitness center, resident lounge, coworking spaces, outdoor recreation areas, secure package and mail facilities, and on‑site management services. 

The Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency approved up to $11.5 million in Tax Increment Revenue Funding over a 14-year term. As part of the agreement, Ocean One will also provide 90 public parking spaces and 20 on-street public parking spaces.
