Bell Partners has acquired Reading Commons, a 204-unit apartment community completed in 2006 and located in Reading, MA, roughly 30 minutes north of downtown Boston. The deal brings the multifamily investment manager and operator’s Greater Boston ownership and management portfolio to more than 1,450 units.

Located near Interstate 93 and Route 128, the property has been rebranded as Bell Reading Commons. It offers residents convenient access to Downtown Boston and one of the country’s largest suburban employment corridors. Bell Partners plans to enhance the resident experience through upgrades to apartment interiors and community amenities over time.

Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Investment Sales, led by Travis D’Amato, arranged the sale of the property. Seller and pricing were not disclosed.

Simultaneously, Bell Partners announced the acquisition of a seven-story midrise in South San Francisco, CA that has been rebranded as Bell South City West. Both properties are located near large technology and life sciences employment hubs.
