Alta Developers Lands $91.8M Construction Loan for Miami Apartments
Madison Realty Capital originated a $91.8 million construction loan to Alta Developers for the development of Alta Sunset, a 314-unit multifamily project located at 6075 Sunset Drive in South Miami, Florida.
Upon completion, the property will rise ten-stories featuring 314 one- and two-bedroom homes, complemented by 5,444 square feet of ground-floor retail. Amenities include a pool deck oasis, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a dedicated spa and recovery retreat with steam and sauna.
Included is a co-working environment with private offices and refined resident lounges further supports a seamless hybrid lifestyle.
The site is within walking distance of the South Miami Metrorail station, offering direct rail access to Coral Gables, Brickell, and Miami International Airport.
Recent Madison Realty transactions include a $630 million construction loan for the Bentley-branded condominium development in Sunny Isles Beach.
