229-Unit Lawton Multifamily Community Trades Hands
The Multifamily Group (TMG) announced the sale of Country Club View, a 229-unit multifamily community located in Lawton, Oklahoma. Originally constructed in 1966, the property is situated along West Gore Boulevard in the West Lawton submarket, adjacent to the Lawton Country Club.
TMG’s Yonnic Land represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. TMG’s marketing process generated interest from seven prospective buyers, ultimately closing with the first buyer placed under contract.
At the time of marketing, Country Club View was 96% occupied and had benefited from approximately $3.5 million in capital improvements under the seller’s ownership, while still offering additional value-add opportunities for the new owner. The property also benefits from its location in a market anchored by Fort Sill, one of the region’s largest economic drivers.
