Michael is a Vice President with Lee & Associates Naples | Ft Myers, specializing in investment, office, medical, land, marinas, MF, and mobile home parks.  Michael began his career in 2004 successfully opening and running his own commercial brolerage firm in Charlotte and Charleston.  In 2011, he moved to Atlanta to work for a national REIT leasing and selling retail and office properties in their portfolio throughout the Southeast.  Michael has actively closed transactions in large markets throughout the Southeast as well as small markets and international delas.  He also managed the State of Georgia’s commercial portfolio of over 1500 properties at the State Properties Commission.

In his career, Michael has closed over 500 transactions totaling over 3 millions square feet valued at over $350 million dollars.  He also was the top rep at two different companies in the first year of employment.  Michael was a two sport athlete at Ball State University where he received a B.S. in Marketing and was a former paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne.
