Eric Chen represents CBRE for the Multifamily investment properties division as Executive Vice President for the Los Angeles County & Inland Empire regions. Eric leads an experienced team where they focus on the sale of apartment communities, land for developments of apartments and condominiums.

Eric represents a variety of client types including high net worth individuals, family trusts, partnerships, real estate investment groups and international investors. Since 2003, Eric has closed over 450 transactions valued over $6 billion dollars. In 2023, Eric finished as the top Multifamily broker in California at CBRE.

Eric is also the head of Asia Pacific Network, a national Network group for CBRE. Eric co-chair this group and have grown its membership to become the fastest Network group within CBRE, which is a major initiative and strategy for the company’s effort for Diversity & Inclusion.

Eric started his career in 2003 at Marcus & Millichap and was a Director of National Multi-Housing Group. His performance earned him three title promotions within four years, the Pace Setter Award in 2008, and the Sales Recognition Award in 2011, 2012 and 2013 as well as the National Achievement Award (NAA).
