Brian Noh
With more than 22 years of experience in real estate investment sales, Brian Noh is a certified & licensed broker specializing in helping property owners and investors strengthen their long-term positions through strategic residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate investments.
Brian began his career in commercial real estate in 2004 at a top Los Angeles CRE brokerage, where he built a strong foundation representing a wide range of investment properties. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed approximately $750 million in real estate transactions, including residential income properties, apartment communities, retail shopping centers, office & industrial buildings, and 1031 exchange investments.
In 2008, during one of the most challenging real estate markets in recent history, Brian founded NOHCO Real Estate with a vision of providing clients with a more personalized, relationship-driven approach backed by experience, insight, and long-term strategy. Since then, he has consistently remained a top-producing broker throughout LA & Orange County in Southern California.
An entrepreneur at heart, Brian also has experience owning and operating small businesses while actively pursuing real estate investment opportunities himself, giving him a practical and investor-minded perspective that resonates with his clients.
Brian earned his degree from University of California, Irvine in 2002 and is affiliated with organizations including International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CCIM Institute, Orange County Association of REALTORS (OCAR), Asian Commercial Real Estate Association (ACRE), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
