Since August of 2013, Andres has proudly established himself as an investment professional with Marcus & Millichap. Primarily focusing on Multifamily Investments throughout the Bay Area, he has represented over $130,000,000 worth of real estate transactions. I have always enjoyed the preservation of wealth that investors continue to trust within Real Estate. Now I am focused on helping clients continue to preserve their wealth by making strategic re-position of equity decisions, time, and time again.

Mentored by Marcus & Millichap veterans, I have the privilege to understand the perspective of the clients and the effortless timing needed to close the transaction successfully. Before Real Estate, I managed and operated several multiple million-dollar operations owned by In N Out Burger. At the age of 19, 1 year after working for the company, I grew into a top management position allowing me to operate stores as if they were my own.
