CBRE arranged the $25.5 million sale of Village on Broadway, a 148-unit multifamily community in Spokane Valley, Washington.

CBRE’s Josh McDonald, Joe Nydahl and Jordan Louie represented the seller. “Village on Broadway presented a rare opportunity to acquire a well-located, stabilized asset with significant value-add potential in a high-demand submarket. With strong regional fundamentals, proximity to major employers and universities, and a clear path for operational and physical enhancements, the property is well-positioned to deliver long-term upside for the new ownership,” said McDonald.

Located at 12623 E Broadway Avenue in Spokane Valley, Village on Broadway was built in 1996 with one-, two- and three-bedroom units with in-unit washers and dryers. Amenities include covered parking, a community garden, dog park, playground and community barbeque area.
