Greystar’s project will comprise 340 multifamily units spanning three residential buildings within the development, offering a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts,

The broader development will include an adjacent 1-acre community park and more than 29,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space.

Construction is slated to begin this month and is estimated to wrap by December 2028
