Colliers announced the $30 million sale of Vista Del Rio, a 213-site manufactured housing community located at 17401 SE 39th Street in Vancouver, Washington.

Colliers Vice President Alex Cheng represented both the buyer, Desimone Enterprises LLC, and the seller, Vista Del Rio Corporation. Developed in 1978 and operated by the Nielsen family for nearly five decades, Vista Del Rio is an established manufactured housing community in East Vancouver. The transaction marks a significant ownership transition for a property with longstanding ties to the local community.

“Opportunities to acquire institutional-quality manufactured housing communities of this scale are increasingly rare,” said Cheng. “Vista Del Rio combines strong operational performance, a high-quality resident experience and long-term upside, making it a compelling investment in today’s market.”

Spanning approximately 34 acres, Vista Del Rio is located roughly 10 miles east of Vancouver’s Waterfront District, and the property benefits from its position within one of the region’s established residential growth corridors.
