Aimco Advancing Luxury Edgewater Apartments
Aimco is moving ahead with FIVESIXTY Waterfront Residences + Club, a luxury waterfront residential property located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Rents range from $15,000 to over $25,000.
The tower will include a total of 114 residences. FIVESIXTY’s three- and four-bedroom residences will range from approximately 2,300 to 3,000 square feet. Initial occupancy is slated for the spring of 2027.
The Club at FIVESIXTY will offer a bayfront swimming pool and lounge, a private marina that will accommodate vessels up to 70’, fitness, health and spa facilities, a padel court, golf practice facilities, private executive work suites and more.
The building will be managed by KW Property Management. FIVESIXTY will also be home to a waterfront restaurant from Gioia Hospitality Group.
Set along Biscayne Bay at 560 NE 34th Street, FIVESIXTY sits adjacent to the Miami Design District, with easy access to Miami Beach, Downtown and Brickell and is near Wynwood and Midtown.
