Front Range Partners inked a $75 million loan to refinance EVO St. Petersburg, a high-rise apartment complex in downtown St. Petersburg.
Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Institutional Advisory, led by Jonathan Schwartz, Aaron Appel, Keith Kurland, Adam Schwartz, Sean Reimer, Dustin Stolly, Michael Stepniewski, Michael Ianno and Cody Ela, arranged the fixed-rate financing provided by Freddie Mac on behalf of FrontRange Capital Partners.
Delivered in 2023, the 23-story property features 220 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, approximately 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and more than 26,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a pool and wellness spaces.
It’s located 334 2nd Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. EVO is two blocks from the Tampa Bay waterfront and within walking distance of the St. Pete Pier, Dalí Museum, Central Avenue, Beach Drive, and the city’s dining, retail, cultural, and entertainment destinations.
