Authentic Capital Group acquired Miro at the Parc, a 164-unit multifamily community located at 1651 American Pacific Dr in Henderson, NV, in a $41 million transaction. Newmark’s Jonathan Merhaut and Curt Allsop arranged the sale on behalf of seller, Sares Regis Multifamily Investment Management.

Newmark’s Lee Redmond and Alec Newman arranged the $24.75 million financing on behalf of Authentic Capital Group.

Located in the Henderson submarket of Las Vegas, Miro at the Parc benefits from an A+ submarket location, proximity to major employment centers and large floorplans. The community is situated within Green Valley, one of Las Vegas’ most established residential corridors, where sustained population growth and limited housing inventory continue to support multifamily demand.

Southern Nevada continues to attract institutional and private capital as investors seek exposure to markets characterized by favorable migration patterns, economic diversification and strong multifamily fundamentals, according to Newmark Research.
