CBRE announced the sale of West End District, a 424-unit multifamily community with approximately 34,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space located at 14700 SW Rocket St. in Beaverton, Oregon, for $85.25 million.

CBRE’s Joe Nydahl and Josh McDonald represented the seller, Taylor Morrison, in the transaction. The buyer was Grand Peaks.

“Closing West End District is a testament to the enduring strength of Portland’s Silicon Forest corridor and the sustained demand for high-quality, mixed-use communities in the region’s most sought-after suburban neighborhoods,” said Joe Nydahl, executive vice president with CBRE.

West End District consists of 424 apartment homes across 12 four-story residential buildings situated on approximately 13.5 acres. Completed in 2021 and 2022, the community features a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Located adjacent to the Tualatin Hills Nature Park and within minutes of major employers, including Nike and Intel, the West End District benefits from direct access to one of the region’s strongest employment corridors.
