Greenberg Gibbons and MCB Real Estate announced that The Ironwood at Waldorf Station, a Class A apartment community, is now leasing. The community, conveniently based in rising hub Waldorf, Maryland, welcomed its first residents in August.
Located within the 150-acre Waldorf Station master-planned community, The Ironwood introduces 302 luxury residences with amenities including a resort-style pool and sundeck, a modern clubhouse with co-working and entertainment spaces, and a fitness center.
“Waldorf Station is designed to be a vibrant, first-class destination that combines residential, retail, and commercial offerings in one walkable community,” said Eric Walter, President at Greenberg Gibbons. “The Ironwood sets the tone for what’s to come, introducing a level of quality and lifestyle that reflects the vision for the entire development.”
Waldorf Station is set to become a dynamic hub in Charles County, blending residential living with future retail, dining, hospitality, and office space. The Ironwood represents the project’s first residential component.
